Nadia Francois has served as a Professional Cosmetologist, Master Barber, and Educator for over 15 years. She has had the privilege to spread her knowledge of business in the beauty industry as an educator at the Bronner Brothers Multicultural Hair Show, the Texas International Beauty Expo, the Louisiana Beauty and Barber Association Educational Workshops recently. Nadia holds current licenses in Cosmetology and Barbering, a B.S. in Business Administration and a certification in Women's Entrepreneurship. The Louisiana native began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19. Serving as an educator, mentor, and business strategist she has used her experiences and extensive business knowledge to help other entrepreneurs start and grow their ventures in and outside of the beauty industry. Nadia is an international bestselling author and continues to thrive and expand in her fempire with Heiress Haircare Systems, Heiress Beauty Lounge and "What's Your Super Power Digital Media" which houses her global streaming television channel, industry based podcasts, and magazines. To meet the needs of women and girls in Louisiana communities and abroad, in 2013 she founded Sistars of Empowerment, Inc. The organization's mission is to empower by promoting sisterhood, education, service and networking to enhance the progression of women and youth. Nadia continues to thrive and expand in her beauty endeavors, which she describes as her passion. Because "people may not always remember what you said but they will always remember how you made them feel." A huge advocate for being a continual learner, Nadia has published a series of business related books and ebooks catering to the beauty industry. In April 2022, Nadia was awarded the "Game Changer" Award by the BICA Organization for innovative approach and game changing strategy implemented in her beauty business.
